Ms. Valla serves as the Finance Manager at Valla Morrison & Schachne Inc. P.C., a position she has held since transitioning from Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C. in 2009. Beginning her career in 1994 as an independent contractor with Gilliss Valla & Dalsin, LLP, Antoinette has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to excellence in financial management.

With a BS in Accounting from the University of San Francisco, her career is underscored by a dedication to transparency and integrity, principles aptly reflected in her guiding motto: "Don’t try to be smarter than the truth." This ethos has been a cornerstone of her success and leadership in managing the firm's financial operations.
