Shareholder and President

Mr. Valla established Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C., the immediate precursor to the current Firm, in 2009, bringing his focus to both transactional and business litigation facets of the firm's offerings. He harbors a deep-seated enthusiasm for working with the firm's international clients and has spearheaded numerous intricate and fulfilling projects in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia over the past 35 years.

An engaged participant in local and international business communities, Antonio contributes in multiple fiduciary roles and serves as a non-executive Director for several client corporations, such as ASG Superconductors USA, Inc., and VIDA, an international foundation in the medical sector.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, in 1986, and his Juris Doctor, with Honors, in 1988, both from the University of San Francisco. Mr. Valla represents the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy (AMCHAM) in California and has been an active member of AIGLI, the International Association of Italian Speaking Lawyers, for more than twenty years.

Guided by his favorite quote, "In life, get what you love, or you will have to love what you got," Antonio’s career is a testament to pursuing passion with purpose. His legal qualifications include bar admissions in California (1988), the District of Columbia (2017), and New York (2020). He is fluent in both Italian and English.
