Ms. Morrison spearheads the firm's corporate and immigration sectors, with a specialized focus on supporting Italian businesses navigating commercial transactions, immigration processes, and trademark applications in the U.S. Since joining the firm's forerunner, Valla & Associates, Inc., P.C., in 2009, she has risen to the role of shareholder by 2017.

In addition to her firm responsibilities, Ms. Morrison oversees the Intellectual Property Rights Desk at the Italian Trade Agency in New York. She holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from the University of San Francisco School of Law and is a member of the New York Bar since 2009. Fluent in both Italian and English, Ms. Morrison combines legal expertise with cultural insight to effectively serve an international clientele.
